The Grove at Grand Bay is a spectacular condo complex featuring two iconic high rise luxury towers designed by the Bjarke Ingels Group. The two condo towers sit on over three acres of prime land in the world famous Coconut Grove, just south of Miami.

Over 300,000 sqft of Thermocromex in a custom color was direct applied to PIP concrete/CMU in various public areas along with soffit areas, undersides of balcony areas and basically wherever there isn't glass. Thermocromex was chosen for its cost effectiveness in never having to be re-colored even in salt air environment, weatherproofing of the building envelope without moisture barriers along with being an air barrier for energy savings.
