Why Did They Specify Thermocromex?
Over 100,000 sqft of Thermocromex in a custom color that duplicated the look of white cement was installed as a direct applied application in a single monolithic smooth finish with no control joints. Never having to be recolored, even in a hot humid environment, along with not requiring any moisture or air barriers made Thermocromex the obvious choice as the exterior cladding for the very unique art center.
