"Thermocromex was utilized to fulfill the sustainable and aesthetic goals for this building.  By using Thermocromex and integral colored concrete together eliminated the need for future painting, minimized maintenance and does so with recyclable products.  Aesthetically Thermocromex reflects the Limestone abundant throughout Florida and looks like a precast product at a fraction of the cost. This project is unique because the use of Thermocromex was not limited to the exterior.  It was also used on interior lobby walls.  This creative use of Thermocromex helped this project achieve a LEED Platinum rating and the American Institute of Architects COTE sustainability award."
