Mount Sinai Medical Center has transformed it's main campus with it's newly completed surgical tower and emergency department enhancing it's ability to deliver leading edge care and they chose Thermocromex in a custom finish to duplicate the look of pre-cast stone for it's exterior facade. Built to withstand winds more than 185 mph, it withstood Hurricane Irma with no significant damage in the fall of 2019 while still under construction. Over 80,000 sqft of Thermocromex was installed on various wall assemblies including frame/sheathing and CMU.
